I found this thing on the Uvongo beach over the weekend, but I have no clue what it is. It is hollow like a tube, has what looks like a copper band at the bottom, a brass body, then some other metal (aluminium?), and then finally a rubber top with a small spring around the rubber. The spring nearly looks like an O ring

That is a valve guid I add a pick for you there is a rubber with a spring that fit on top called valve stem seal
