Hi there everyone! Is there any way that you can try and identify the date or era of old horseshoes? Found one about 10cm deep in an area with rich history,  dating back to about 1870's, but not sure if this shoe also dates back to that time...

I haven't ever heard of it being possible to date horse shoes, but I could be wrong
