2015 SA R1 "Griqua Town" coin WTF

Looking on Gumtree, I see that these coins are being offered at wild prices- not even proof coins, just the ordinary public release.
Does anyone know what's going on here?

It is ileterate people seeing the coins for the first time so now they thinks it is valuble, sadly it is a circulating coin and it is only worth R5
