Old broken bottle base

Hi,

I found this old broken bottle base with the wording "Hills Cape Town". It is possibly fairly old as the font and spacing are rather offset and the wording/circles are not exactly in the center either. The wall thickness also varies !

Found at the old Rietdam farm ruins.

Pse help ID.
