Title: Group hunt
Post by: Darrenjay on March 19, 2013, 05:38 PM
We need to try organize a day out where we can detect together. I know legislation is hard but surely if someone knows a farmer or someone and gets permission we can do it?

Farmlands sounds awesome.

I mailed everyone for permits and stuff but no one ever replies. I hate phoning people feeling like a dumbass explaining stuff.

Getting landowner permission seems like the best peace of mind for getting really busy. A farmland would be awesome, just need to catch one after harvest or that has been ploughed over.

Has anyone had success trying for farm permissions?

I'm burning to try a ploughed field. I saw a youtube video of a local attempt. Not that bad. Some bloke got an old kruger silver coin.
