Hi Guys & Gals,
This post more geared towards our tech-savvy members....Heads-up on something that might be available to us mere mortals in the future....
Came across this technology currently used in military apps. Apparently it is a Ground Penetrating Radar combined with detector. (Model designation AN/PSS-14)
What is immediately evident is that this unit is HEAVY, somewhere around 5kg's!(and fugly!!) Think the only oke who will be able to swing this puppy around for more than 10 mins would be Paul after his new retro-fitted bionic shoulder ;D ;D ;D (Hang in there Paul! ;D)
Anyway, interesting where our addiction is heading..... who knows what scraps of technology the powers-that-be will make available to us....?
